Hi there, my plan includes international texting. However, it won't go through when I send text and picture message to China or Taiwan. I've topped up my account but it still doesn't work. I need your help!

@EllaLin2018 hi there. I think for China it would be 011-86-Area code- phone number

Re-read an earlier post...you _need_ to use 011 (or just +) to "get out of North America". Then you use the country code to "get into that country". Then the rest of the area code and individual number. Sometimes country codes show a leading zero. Try without if the country you're trying to dial has one in references you're finding.

No. Even the text message won't go through.

depends on the country, sometimes the way you put in the number matters.. make sure you have the correct pattern.

If it is only MMS or pictures that are not working, try reducing the size being sent, and see if that works.

Does a text by itself without the pictures go through?

@EllaLin2018 Are you using the international access + sign (or alternatively 011) followed by country code etc?
