data good, text good, outgoing calls good no incoming calls sent messages to Moderator Team no reponse what do i do now

no its not fixed and i havent got a response from a moderator this is day 2 if it continues i may have to cancel

If you just ported, it takes some time, every hour or so remove your battery / restart your phone. It can take time on your first port over.
If the issue continues you may have a partially completed port, sometimes ports just take a bit longer. You can send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you asoon as they can .

Did you recently port your number? Incoming calls go to your old service provider for a little while after you port.
Mobile to Mobile is up to half a day.
Landline to Mobile is 2-3 Business days.
VOIP to Mobile is up to a week.
