Inbound call Failures for the last hour

Hi

I activated my account on August 3rd and have had  no problems until now.

Yesterday my friend told me she was getting an "all circuits busy" when calling me around noon atlantic time.  This sorted itself out later in the day and so I decided it was just a blip.  But, today I have no inbound calling
