Always use your previous account number if you are porting your number over to PM with less issues.
If you are picking a new number, contact a CS_Agent to help you by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for the agent to help.

@Markdozer Who says it doesn't match?Were you trying to port your number?Always best to use the account number instead. But double check that you have the number zero(0) and not the letter o.
