IDEA: General Rules for the Community

I just came across a posting asking for help on a specific account. The user had posted personal info like SIM# and account numbers and his email was in his signature.

I suggest that we sould discourage such practices and have a general rules for the community as do all other 'online Forums'

Yes can't win. A guideline as what is actually required to help would be great. Phone numbers, actual account numbers, imei and sim card numbers are examples of way too much info to post on a public forum.
