Hi, I bought a plan + SIM card, but it has been over 13 days and I have not received the card. Could you please check if it is correctly mailed to my address? Thank you.

We are all members like you and can't access your account but it normally takes about 10 business days to arrive (2 weeks). Members have reported that it took up to 3 weeks to arrive.
You can dm a CS_Agent to check for you during working hours of 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.
