Not gonna happen. As soon as you navigate to the PublicMobile.ca page, there in great big letters.....THE PHONE COMPANY WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER.
What do you mean by "can't do nothing"? Does your phone show "No service", or do you get a SIM lock message. Tell us more. We might be able to help.
