Hello I have 2 issues below..
1) I cannot recieve calls or text but can make calls
2) my account is locked

When did you sign up with PM ? What plan did you opt for ? Have you looked into your account profile ?

We're you porting a number in? Sometimes, especially if you are porting from a landline, there can be issues during the port transition.
