I cannot make or receive calls

I cannot make or receive calls. Whenever I try, my phone says that I have used up all of my minutes. This is impossible as I have never successfully made a call and when I log in to my account it says I have all of my minutes left. I have tried taking my sim in and out, restarting, turning airplane mode on and off, and even using another phone.

Did you port your number from another provider recently? When you sign into your account does it show subscribed? When was the last time you made a payment? 

If everything is still subscribed and all your minutes are still there use the chatbot to submit a request.

What does the PM app indicate your calling minutes?

You should receive calls because it is unlimited incoming calls.

If you didn’t port over your number from another carrier.

It could be an outage so check the outage map:
