I cannot either receive or sending message after porting my number from Fizz

I transferred my number from my local carrier yesterday. My mobile carrier on the phone says Public Mobile but texting is not working.

I am able to make calls, but I cannot send sms messages or recieve texts. Please help soon as I use this phone for 2FA as well. I already sent a private message.

Just figured out that I cannot receive calls, too, the only thing I can do now with my number is use data and make a call-out

Yes I can still receive or making call, but sms not working, already reset network

can you receive calls? 

if you can receive calls and really just text, Reboot phone and reset network settings.  But if you can't receive calls,  it is an incomplete port, you need to wait for the port to be done
