Dear team,
I am not sure why i am unable to access my account , i have requested for a reset email also, but it is not sending to the email , i have even entered the security question also.
I am unable to get the email to reset my account, now i do not have access to selfserve so unable to track usage or do a plan change.
Can the moderators please advise on the course of action.

@aswinvs76 First of all i would suggest you click on the three dots on the upper right of your post to edit it and remove your phone number. This is a public forum and you shouldn't display personal information to limit chance of spam calls.
Second, You should probably open a ticket by clicking on the question mark in lower right corner.

Click the 3 dots on right side of your post and edit the post to delete your personal information. (Phone number) as this is a public forum and everyone can see.
To reach moderators there are two options.

@aswinvs76 please use the 3 dots on the top right of your post to remove your phone number. Try the reset pasword link if you know your secret question. If you don't, or it fails contact the moderators and ask them for a temporary password to your self service account. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
