@gs8101 They are usually applied automatically and used whenever you use up your whole plan minutes or data. If it is a free month of service you should be able to see it all in your account.

@gs8101, not sure the information you are providing is accurate.  Picking your post as a solution is frowned upon in the community especially if that solution has the wrong information.

We don't really "use" rewards. We get them. Then at renewal they convert to Available Funds and go toward the plan cost. Unofficially, you can accumulate converted rewards in your Available Funds. Then you could "use" those funds to buy add-ons.

Edit: oh...maybe you're thinking of a different definition. nvm
