Hey,
So basically I signed up yesterday, the esim wont work, it keeps failing in the app and I never received an email with a QR Code. Customer service is very slow in replying. I cannot get a physical sim card right now, which is their only solution (plus I have a physical sim cards in my phone I want to keep using), and the whole point of me signing up was the esim. I have turned off that sim and tried again on the app as well over wifi with still the same error.
Now the issue is, I was charged for the service, but because it isn't active it isn't showing up under my account and on the app it just keep trying to get me to set up my esim which fails. From there the only option is to log out, or go to customer support again. How do I deactivate my subscription if it isn't appearing anywhere, and how do I get refunded?

@Crash4182 Well if their not willing to help , can call your credit card and do a charge back

@Handy1 I know you are. I appreciate the feedback. Thank you. I have said it two or three times now that I would like a refund and I've had two or three CS agents ask me to purchase a new esim, which I literally can't do. Lol. It's rather frustrating, just trying to keep positive about. Outside of me not wanting a physical sim card, there is nowhere near me that sells them, and I don't have an address right now because of a problem with my apartment causing health issues and me having to pay rent to them still or be evicted (according to the tenancy board in this province), which will hurt my chances of getting a new one elsewhere. So in reality this isn't a huge deal, but that money can go towards a hotel room instead of this service that isn't working if they can't fix it. I don't know how long they've been around, but they have some bugs to fix, and need more CS agents to get back to people quicker.

@Crash4182 Please note I’m just a customer like you trying to help . Just go back to your community in box and reply to them that if you can use eSIM for whatever reason your not interested in using physical SIM card . And decided you don’t want to join PM anymore . And they should give you refund since you never activated a sim or used the service

Well that's pretty inconvenient. They keep telling me to purchase a new esim and they will reimburse me for it, but I literally can't so that because the app immediately takes me to activation upon sign in, with only the option to do that, fail and go to customer support, or to just logout. Lol. It's definitely something they will need to fix with the app, but that doesn't help my situation right now. Haha.
