How do I submit a ticket to a moderator

I have a question that is specific to my situation. How do I submit a ticket to a moderator to look into it?

So now that you've started the process with the mods...while you're waiting...the community has many clever folks around.

Contact a moderator:

 

Step 1: Click Here to chat with SIMon

Step 2: Tell SIMon what the issue is and see if he

can find a solution for you.

 

Step 3: If SIMon cant help you Type in “moderator” to

connect to a Public Mobile customer service

representative.

 

Step 4: Choose “Account-specific question”

Step 5: Then choose “No, I want a human

 

  No I want  A Human.png

 

Step 6: Create your ticket

Check the sent folder to make sure your ticket was sent and the inbox

for a reply from the moderators.

Moderators are available:

Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.

Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time

@Aaron_  in theory, to contact a moderator you need to click on the ? on the lower right-hand corner. Chat with SIMon with your issue, so it can create a support ticket for the moderators for you.

 

Once you think it understands the issue, type submit a ticket. Expect a moderator to get back to you up to 48 hours.
