Im in the process going back and forth, I think this so annoying and the reason I am no longer going to be using public mobile. You cant call in....you can never talk directly to customer service...after many years of dedication to PM I have to say goodbye!

if you meant to remove the credit/debit card info on the account, you will have to engage PM support

Please note that once the card is removed, you will have to manage the renewal with payment vouchers, or the account will be suspended at the end of the current cycle, and will be fully closed after 90 days if not renew
