Hi, I've signed up and had issues with eSim activation. I needed to set up a number quick so I had to set up with another provider. How can I get a refund on my activation/account?

PM is a prepaid provider, but we have also seen PM agrees to issue refund in cases that the account was never setup and or the subscriber was unable to use the service So, you will have to check with PM yourself. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

Sorry, but all sales are final. You'll need to work with Public Mobile to get your Public Mobile service working.
