Need to cancel account and port number to new provider. Need help. No agents in this province.

is your PM account active? you just need your PM account to be active, work with your new service provider to request porting (and you need to give them PM account number, not just IMEI).
if you need PM to help, open ticket. Use the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Agents unable to port number. Need Agents help.

@Grammajane33 no public mobile does not have live telephone help. Just messages.
To cancel the service you can find a new provider first and port your number out.
Or if you dont care to loose your current phone number, sign into your account and turn the Subscribed button off. After 90 days of non payment, the account automatically closed, and the phone number is lost.

you don't cancel the account for port. For all porting, you need the account active, request porting with new service provider. Once the port is done , then the old account with PM will be closed
