Hi There,

As noted in the main page announcements, there was a technical issue causing some users to lose service today. This should be fixed by the end of today, according to the same announcement.

There is an issue mentioned in the announcements here.  You should send a private message to the moderators.  To send them a message click here.  Response time is usually within 48 hours. 

Moderator hours:

Weekdays 8am to 12am (eastern time)

Weekends 8am to 10pm (eastern time)
