I have tried activating my Sim card at least 20 times. It fails over and over at various points in the process. Tried submitting a ticket and it won't let me because I do not have an account.

@NathanK you have locked up the SIM. Take a break, and try again in 1 hour.
When you do clear your browser's cache, or try a different browser. Open a tab in incognito mode to complete the SIM activation.
You could also try this method, next time around if you wish.

@NathanK : Yes there seems to be a problem with activating at the moment. About all you can do is wait for a bit.
