Activated a line for my mom. .. ported a Telus landline number can call out. Only some incoming ring the cell rest still ring the landline .. ported on Sunday ... Help please

A landline will take more than one day. Have you kept a phone plugged into your landline to see if it is still functioning? The landline should still function until the port is complete.

Porting landline will take up to a week. It may be faster since is within the same corporation.
Porting a number is a 2 stages process. PM get you landline number for your to call out, send text and data. All incoming calls and text messages will continue to go to your landline until Telus releases your landline number to PM.

Porting a landline may take up to a week.
Porting Your Number Into Public Mobile
