HELP!

made prepaid payment at 5:50 a.m. and it is now 10:15 a.m. Still no working phone.  Anyone tell me whats going on?  Phone has been restarted several times.  Still nothing.  Called 611 says payment is gone through but still no service etc.  Also MOD has not returned my email since Saturday with another issue, took 2 payments Friday and was only suppose to take 1 and has not returned the funds of 51 dollars for that account.  I have  a total of 3 phones which i am seriously considering changing companies because of the poor customer service and never responds in a timely manner.

1) Your wife sent in a private message and I'm glad to say that it was resolved today by my colleague Syed.

@CS_Agent  can you have a look at this?  no reply to a prvate message since friday.

@vincecummings, you mentioned emailing the moderator team.  I assume you meant private messaging the moderator team.  There is no email system for contacting them.  The private message link has already been provided in the post above.  Their response time should be in the order of an hour or two, definitely not days.  Regardless, be patient once the private message is sent.
