Hello, I signed up with Public Mobile a few days ago, ported my number from Freedom Mobile.
I unserstand it takes time to port, at the swme time it said LTE + and 5g and kept switching between the two, and I had to restart my phone twice
So I went to FM and asked to come back and they said I was still active, and so I turned my subscription off with Public Mobile and I've been trying to get a refund. Everytime I gst a response, and I log in to view it, an error pops up in red and it doesn't show the message
Is there a way to call or message a support agent outside of this site?

If you like to stay with PM, you can ask them to try re-provision the account and should resolve the problem..
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
