Free eSIM

Is free eSIM for new accounts only or does switching accounts qualify?

eSIM should be free. We pay for that feature on the hardware that we bring in so why are we paying for the eSIM again ?

Existing customers who aren't already using an eSIM need to pay $5 for an eSIM.
