Free Month Question

I signed up on the boxing week plan and filled all the parameters required for the free 1 month on the $40 plan. I received an email today saying I have until Jan 15th to activate my SIM to claim the bonus.

Is there any way to actually check the "My Account" section to see if this is confirmed already? I can't locate the information anywhere regarding a free month under rewards or anywhere on the page

Hi @jGil189 

You could ask the moderators, however I would not recommend that yet.

I suspect you're getting the communication (as i did) because they've somewhat 'recycled' the Boxing Week sale and re-labeled it as a New Year's sale.

I would not look too much into it at this time.   If just before the 30th day after activation you STILL don't see the bonus's, then contact the Moderators.
