I just transferred. My family is four lines from public mobile to Fido and would like my final bill for each account. When I log on it just asks me if I would like to subscribe to a new service.

@Curt4 To add to the info provided by @BKNS27 , if you are thinking a final bill will show prorated time and perhaps are expecting a refund you won't get any. PM is pre paid, any time left by porting out is lost.

Once you port out to another carrier. Your account is closed and you won’t be able to login to your account.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent for copies of your final bill.
