My accout failed to activate on the app and now i cant do anything

The payment card was charged, and then it tried to activate and failed,

@Gisellebauman , how far were you able to progress the activation.  If your payment card has not been charged, you should be able to try again.  I would uninstall and reinstall the app, delete the cache on the browser and try again.  If you need assistance from support, they can be reached using this link.
