I went back to settings since the last response and public mobile was now listed as the carrier and phone seems to be connected to public Servers I still can see the eSIM listed and I can’t find eSIM manager on the this iPhone but all seems to be working!

But you checked your Sim Manager or Settings -> Cellular and you don't see a Public Mobile eSIM there?

Hello. Not sure what PM stands for or how to ask PM there is no eSIM on thr phone and when I try to scan the QR code it says it cant activate

If you used the app to subscribe, the app have already installed the PM sim on your phone. Check your sim manager to see if a PM sim is there
If not there, ask PM to check.
