I am trying to transfer my number from rogers to public mobile but it says subscription not activated when I finish all the steps. What to do now?

Try Reboot phone and login PM app to complete the subscription.
But if you get the same failed message or unable to login the app, you will need to open a ticket. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
