Hi,
So im having some errors with the payment due dates. I'm currently in a $40 plan and payed it on Saturday 4/6/2019 via voucher card. Then I receieved a text message from 100 that says "Public Mobile here. Your payment has been successfully added to your account." And today I received a 2nd txt message from 611 saying "Public Mobile here. Just a heads up, your payment is due on April 11." Then i checked my self serve account online and saw that my $40 payment is on my balance. And interestingly saw the due date is on the April 8th. This is the first time i encountered this problem, normally i dont have any issues like this and i always pay my dues on time. I believe there is a glitch that is going on in the system.

Then everything should be fine. Your renewal should commence tonight and use those $40 funds sitting in your account.
@Camiladd_12 The rest of that message says to ignore this if you have sufficient balance / on auto pay?
Can you screen shot your self-serve account (minus personal details)?
