Erroneous transfer information

So i have activated my sim card but haven't been able to use it yet. It seems that the service is still unavailable. I do think i provided the wrong information for my transfer from chatr, is there any way i can rectify this? Thanks!

What phone do you have and is it unlocked or locked to telus/koodo? If its an android phone, make sure network type is selected to LTE.

@NDesaiThank you, i have sent the information to the moderator team and hopefully they will respond soon. I did check the phone compatibility and it said it should work. The message displayed when i try to call is "Mobile network is not available".

@Mr-BumpI have contacted them, it's been like five hours, but i'm mainly concerned because i know entered the wrong information 😞

@fredhuang Even though you provided wrong info, the sim should still work as it might be attached to a temporary number. When something goes wrong with porting, user is unable to call/text. If your sim is just not being recognized, this is another problem. 

Can you log into your public mobile account? If yes, does everything look alright? Is your phone unlocked or locked to telus/koodo? 

 

To fix the porting issue, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info. And at the same time they can take a look at your account and see if there is nothing else wrong.
