While setting up my account I accidentally entered the wrong mobile number. I can't correct the information because an access code is sent to the wrong number basically locking me out. This ends up in a tiresome loop. Any suggestion?

You will need to start fresh again. The chances that the owner of the wrong number has the same old carrier as yours and that they would even approve the porting of the wrong number is slim.
If you are having issues. Click on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket during staff hours of 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.

Try logging out, reboot your phone and restart the process.
If you cannot restart the process, message a customer agent. It may take a few hours or a few days for them to respond depending on how busy they are. Good luck.
