Email (gmail) too long - same email address used and approved for cyber monday deal

Hi all,

I've recently registered for the Public Mobile's promotion ($5 off and 50% off sim) but the email address I used to registered for promotion cannot be registered because it's over 30 letters.

Does this mean that I cannot receive a promo as I would have to use a different email address?

I received the SIM today and was trying to register but unable to due to the length of the email address. I can use different address but wondering if the promotion will carry over to the new address or it must be the same email address (I am guessing this is the case).

1.Type Change email 

2. enter old email that you used for promotion. 

3. Should accept the longer email.

Yes, @MoonCakez , that is a known issue that other users have also faced.

Given it's a system limitation on Public Mobile's part, they should be able to rectify it for you.  I would certainly contact them as @RossN advises and briefly explain the situation.
