This has to do with a different account I have. The email attached is unrecoverable so when I attempt to log in to the Public Mobile account it wants to send me a 6 digit code to that email (which I cannot get access to).
What can I do

the 2FA should be defaulted to send to your phone via SMS. If you can get the code via SMS, you can login and update the email address on Profile -> Manage EverSafe ID
if you cannot , then you have no choice but to ask PM to help.
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
