Easyfone where to enter puk code

Hi, I have an easyfone flip phone. The main screen says puk blocked. I finally got the 8 digit code from the phone carrier.  But where to enter the puk code on the phone. I have tried the pin in the settings area and the manual entry of

**05*[PUK Code]*[New PIN]*[New PIN]#

Replace [PUK Code] with your 8-digit PUK and [New PIN] with your desired new PIN. 

No success... when I enter the manual code as above with the numbers the phone says please wait. It's been over an hour of please wait on the screen.  Anyone have success with an easyfone? Thank you!

Thank you.  From what I read it's a sim lock, just need to figure out how the easyfone works.  It's such a simple phone who would think this is complicated 😅

PM can only help if itis a sim card PUK code.  You can check with PM and confirm.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
