Double payment need refund

Hello @CS_Agent

I just made a payment through self service and it looks like I doubled to payment.  Could I get a refund for one of the payments?

Is the double payment reflected in your account balance?  

 

Sometimes, during activation, the billing system will report an error message about the payment noy working, buy then, it will bill the credit card anyway without applying the payment to your Public Mobile account. I'm uncertain if the billinh bug affects payments made at other times.

 

If the extra payment reflected within your Public Mobile balance, you could just lravr iy in there and tjose funds would getbused for later.  I know that's not ideal if this is Public Mobile's mistake, but doing that wouldn't result in you losing anything, other than the fact that you would have paid early.

 

If the extra amount has in fact been charged your credit card but has not been added to your Public Mobile account, you will need to contact moderator to arrange for refund.
