I was charged on Jan 04 as well as Jan 01. Can someone look into this?

Almost all Prepaid Service Providers around the world and all Prepaid Service providers in Canada 'DO NOT REFUND'. You Charges were 100% Correct.

@NinjaPerson123 since the charges are so close you could try messaging the moderator_team explain what happened and see if they are willing to give you an account credit for part of the first plan. They are pretty understanding, but it's not guarenteed.

As a customer, I too, would prefer if received an account credit for any unused portion of a plan that I'm leaving behind from a plan change.
Unfortuantely, that just isn't how things work here. So, we just need to be sure that we understand what happens whenever we change our plans.

If there was, I missed it, or it wasn't clear.

Not really. More like, oops, auto pay. Regardless, that's horrible policy.

@NinjaPerson123when you do a plan change, you are given the choice of doing it immediately, or doing it at your next renewal date. If I'm not mistaken, there is some sort of warning about losing what is left in your current plan/cycle.

@NinjaPerson123 if you do a plan change that cancels your existing plan and starts a new one.
It's like ordering a big mac taking a bite then ordering a quarter pounder. You paid and were provided with the itemd

Thats the way it works...by changing plans you forfeited the other plan ..

Yeah, I did a plan change, but I don't see why I should be charged for the entire 30 day period.

@NinjaPerson123- on top of what @Carld123 mentioned, any chance you have a second plan with Public mobile? I am assuming that the second charge you see is on your credit card.

@NinjaPerson123 did you do a plan change?
If not only by sending a private message to the moderator_team can you get help with account issues.

Did you change your plan at some point ?..if you can post a screenshot of payment details blocking your personal info someone may have some insight as to what happened..
