I had a notice on my account when I logged in on Sunday July 21 that my service was suspended due to non payment. I have auto pay since I've been with Public May 2019. I tried my phone I could not call, my bank account showed Public Mobile charge pending on my mastercard. I clicked pay now in my Public account, it asked to use card on file I clicked yes it charged my service was restored. I had 2 pending charges, to day Thursday July 25 there are 2 charges on my card, on my Public account shows no funds even in payments it only shows next payment August 20. I opened a ticket will see what happens. In payments I see no payment history might find it if I look more.

Click on your avatar top right for an agent’s reply.
Any overcharge will remain as credit in your account or you can ask for a refund but it may take up to 30 days to process…time for your next bill payment.

but what you see after using Incognito mode? how many transaction showing on yoru My Account?

I opened a ticket. It might be a long process I'll probably just let it go. Both charges are on my mastercard account not pending anymore. In my Public account I checked payments i June around 6:00 am it charged and later it said confirmed. this month shows no charged or confirmed only the one I did manually. I'm not going to spend hours to get 4@1 back this is just my spare phone, never had problems with them for billing. I've disabled auto pay will just do it manually fro now on. Also I cannot remove my card I can just enter a new one.

If both charges are pending, one will drop off and the other one will be posted but wait for an CS_Agent to confirm that this is the case.

try checking with your browser and use Incognito mode, could be a cache problem blocking you see the update information

@jproc58 , use incognito mode on your browser and recheck the payment history. It is possible you are seeing stale cached data. If you are using the app, clear app data before checking payment history.
