Last Month on Nov 5 I received a text message "Your plan did not renew because we did not receive your payment". I have been on the 90 day $135 plan auto renew. I did not know what was hapenning and then anytime i tried to make a payment, it would not go through. I finally managed to get a payment of $150 go through and it said my next payment was due Feb 2nd and i had $70 in my account. This morning i received the same text from Public Mobile, that i needed to pay $65, which i did but now my text messaging does not work. So I am paing $135 for three months as well as $65 a month. Does anyone know why this is hapenning and how can i just go back to autopay every 90 days.

I think you should contact the @CS_Agent to find out exactly what happened to your account.
