Hey I lost my public mobile number and I got the new one I want to disabled my phone number because I don’t want to pay the bill for that my phone no is 77*******1 and I don’t have a self serve account #publicmobilecommunity

Sorry you lost your phone or your phone number?  You must have a self serve account, have you just forgotten your password? 

 

So are you saying you lost your phone and you don't want to pay for your renewal?  The only way that this could happen is if you set up autopay in your self serve account.
