I don't have the sim card, I can't remember the phone number, it was used a very long time ago. No service on this line is being used for the last 2 years, I want to cancel the line.
I forgot the password for my account, my registered email address is xiucathy@gmail.com, I sent requests to reset my password twice, and I got the link to change the password by email, howerver, the links were effective for only a few minuntes, whenerver I tried to reset the password, it hints 'time out'. If I could not get a new password to login my account, there is no other way to cancel the line.
Can someone helps me out on this issue. Great appreciation.

@JING123, was your account on AutoPay? Are you still seeing it billed to your credit card?

Because this is a prepaid service all that is required is to stop paying. There is no need to cancel anything. As long as you do not have Auto-Pay enabled and do not manually make a payment for 90 days it will be removed, the account is PERMANENTLY DEACTIVATED, Deleted, SIM DEAD, ALL Add-Ons, Positive Balances, PM # Forfeited.
If You have pioneer GF Plan, Once Deactivated, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN TO THIS EVER AGAIN.
If you wish to keep your PM phone number you MUST keep your PM account active until you have had the new company port your phone number over.
Also- the password reset is broken.
