I used 1.94 GB of data on May 29th and haven't used it since. Why does it show that I used 1.94 GB of data this period?

If you are seeing 1.94gb of data usage on the PM app. Just swipe down on the screen and it will refresh to your current usage.

Possibly just some browser cache problem. Check again using browser with Incognito mode.
if the data used is still wrong, ask PM to check.
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
