which plan do you subscribe to ? If you have old $13 or $15 plan...maybe you used up your data and now need to wait until next regular renewal.

@101hwy531 , are talk and text features functional? If so, then the first thing I would check is that mobile data is turned on and any usage limit settings are not reached. Check also the APN settings on the phone. Finally check the usage meter in your self serve account to make sure the data allotment has not been totally consumed.
