I recently switched phones. My data was working fine before I switched. My data is turned on and there is no data limit set but data does not work.

Are you using a LG phone?
If yes, you need to do a network reset after changing to different provider before getting your data working.
Perform the network with your PM SIM card inserted. Re-start your LG phone. It will setup your APN automatically. If not, manually setup APN as per above posts in this thread.

Depending what phone your using.If android usually found here
settings-connections-mobile networks- APN (access point name) then in there check the settings
Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank

@ChuckR49 Compare the APN settings from your old phone with your new phone. Just make sure the APN settings are correct and/or not missing on your new phone. What is the make and model of your new phone?

Have you checked your APN settings on the new phone? Is it a brand new phone as well or did you buy it from someone
