The fact that your phone number is still working and that you're seeing Plan Expired suggests that date is your renewal.Don't touch anything. Your data may just be coincidental with near the end of your term.

@Dnop68 Is tonight your renewal? If so it ok to say expired and your renewal will proceed as normal tonight / tomorrow morning.

@Dnop68 can you take a screen shot of the lower half of your Overview page in self-serve and post it here please? Specifically I'm looking for just this part, but if you are including more of the page, please be sure to blank out any persona info (name, phone number, account number)
