I knew I would run out of data before my plan was finished so I purchased an addon, 1 GB for $30.00. I used up my data from my plan but the addon didn’t kick in. Is there something else I should have done? I want the addon I bought to work.

For future reference, sometimes it makes more financial sense to renew your plan earlier. It is cheaper per GB pricing. However, you will need to contact moderator to renew your plan earlier.
If you followed MacMe instruction above and still not work, then you will need to contact moderator to fix problem.

You may have only added money to your account and not actually purchased the add-on.
