But first reset the Network setting on your phone and reboot the phone to see if that takes care your data issue not working.
Customers need to be using the chatbot to open tickets. I do realize there are cases in which that can't be done becasue of an inability to log into the account, but I see no indication of that in this case. Customers who use the private messaging method above will automatically receive slower service/long response time.
