Like a few subscribers here who've signed up for the 12gb/90 days fall promo, I am curious to know what your self-service plan description states.
Currently, it states that I am on a 6GB/90 days, but in my add-on's section it says there is a 6GB add-on pack. Should it not actually say 12GB/90 days?
When my usage neared 6GB I received a text message stating that I was close to using up my 6GB add-on, but considering that it is probably just the way PubMo has their services set up, I didn't think anything of it.
Is anyone able to confirm? My renewal is coming up at the end of the month, so I'm just anticipating what issues may occur.

@brainfrezeas @SD08 stated this sounds like it may have happened when you activated your plan. Do you remember the date of your activation as I think it was around the 18th of November that it was no longer showing but was still active and then after the 20th if was gone and if your SIM order date was within the right time frame you would get hte 90 day province wide global text and 6 gb they were required for a mod to up the data portion

I was already a subsriber at the time, so when i changed my plan the 12GB option was made available to select.

When you signed up for the promotional deal, did you first select the 6 GB plan and then require a moderator's assistance to get the full 12 GB?
My plan shows 12GB for 90 days. I signed up for the 12 GB promotion before the end of the offer period in November.
*Theory*
Due to mailed SIM cards arriving late after the Nov. 20, 2016 promotion end date, there are some customers who had to sign up for the promotion by first selecting the 6GB plan and having a moderator modify it to match the promo. Perhaps accounts that required such assistance would show the 6GB plan + 6 GB add-on?

I have the same plan, but it shows 12 gigs, not 6 gigs in two different places. My add-ons section is empty. You should send a private message to a moderator to correct the problem.
