HI there, I just switched to Koodo but I had prepaid my Public Mobile plan for 3 months in Feb, do I get a credit from Public Mobile for the difference?

@anitaleung51, prepaid service does not offer refunds. As part of the migration package, a $100 bill credit was provided. This was intended to cover for any loss of funds due to stranded usage. Hopefully you can at least break even.

@anitaleung51, The 100 credit given by Koodo is intended to be compensation for anything left behind at 'Public Mobile'. Unless you can get Koodo to cover it specifically, you're out of luck. Publick Mobile will not credit for any outstanding balance or unused services.
