Hi there,
I've just switched to a new credit card and I'm trying to update the card in the self-serve options but it's not allowing me to enter the details. Is there a phone number that I can call to help me with this?

Try Live Chat - I've been advised that live chat is only for retail sales but it depends who you get to chat.
Live Chat representives are retail employees. They have zero access to customer accounts.

@rc26 If you would like to change the card that is automatically charged, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to update or remove your credit or Visa Debit card.
Two options are available: "Replace this credit card" and "Remove this credit card"
Use "Replace this credit card" to update the CC info
If you're having trouble registering or updating your credit card, here are a few tips you can try:
If the system is not letting you change your card information submit a ticket for help. To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

Unfortunately, there is no phone number to call a PM representative.
Try opening a tab in incognito mode and clear your cache, then try again.
"PM accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank."
