I did the Walmart activation, and got the phone going. I went to try to set up an account, but got to the second page and my ancient computer crapped out on me. No problem, went back to finish up (or start over, really), but now I'm unable to create an account. I can't log in (didn't get to a password set) but when I try to start over, it won't let me (likely because I got part way through)... so....
I think I need a reset... ?

@ChrisP, can you yet and clear the browser cache to see if that makes a difference? Or use a different browser, incognito mode? Failing that, you should contact the moderator team for support.
